I'm trying a new diet, I call it the pescistick diet. The rules are simple, I don't eat and red meat, pork or poultry, only fish. And whatever I eat I have to use only chopsticks. My reasoning is this: vegetarians are skinny, I don't know a single fat vegetarian/pescitarian so there must be something in that diet that's keeping them slim. Second, eating anything with chopsticks is harder than using a fork, which forces me to eat slower and from what I've read that's a big part of losing weight. We will see how it works, I've only been on this diet for 3 days and I've already lost 2 pounds, but that's not a definitive result of the diet. Time will tell. In the meantime I'm going to buy the domain name 'pescistick.com' and 'vegistick.com' and direct variations just in case it works and takes off, which I'm sure it won't, unless I can get Oprah on board, but that won't happen either.
